The project contains Python scripts for off-line P300 event-related potential processing, feature extraction and classification (LDA, SVM, convolutional neural networks - CNN). The aim of this SW is to allow reproducibility of research comparing various classification algorithms applicable to brain-computer interface (BCI) development. This software was used in the following paper: "Lukáš Vařeka: Evaluation of convolutional neural networks using a large multi-subject P300 dataset, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, 2019, in review". Its development was supported by the project LO1506 of the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under the program NPU I.
